We perform all of the work with $0 out of pocket for the homeowner since we are paid when the home sells. To date, we have unlocked more than $7.5 MILLION in extra profit for homeowners. We offer 3 unique performance guarantees to help homeowners transition with peace of mind, ease and maximum proceeds!
Our mission is to have a positive impact on the lives of the homeowner and our partners! We work with Real Estate Agents and Senior Care providers who promote or integrate our client guarantees into their marketing to attract and serve transitioning homeowners.
Role Description
This is a full-time field sales role for a Partner Success Manager at JCC Concierge in Bellevue, WA. As a Partner Success Manager your role is to generate project referrals that impact the lives of homeowners and partners. You'll have 3 key activities :
1. Real Estate Agent & Channel Partner Offer Integration – Present the JCC Partner Presentation to capture the interest of strategic agent and channel partners. When a partner shows interest, work with the Director of Marketing to integrate our unique customer guarantees into the marketing of Real Estate Agents as well as key senior channel partners.
2. Strategic Partnerships that pave the way for Agent and Affiliate referrals in #1 above. Strategic partners include, but are not limited to, Real Estate Broker Owners, Senior Move Managers, Probate Attorneys etc.
3. Work with the Director of marketing to establish and promote educational events for partners. Events provide an opportunity to provide education that facilitates a connection with partners which, in turn, keeps us top of mind when project opportunities arise.
This role reports directly to Scott Miller, CEO.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in account management or partner success roles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Compensation Structure
NOTE : We are a rapidly growing company and our employees have maximized their bonus and compensation each of the last two years.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
