Site Safety Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management practices, and the ability to effectively manage risks associated with site operations.

Duties

• Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
• Implement and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and EHS standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage resources, and document site activities.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to NEC standards throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of workers' compensation incidents and occupational health assessments.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on safety protocols and best practices in construction management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and compliance management practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and EHS guidelines is essential.
• Proficiency in using construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Understanding of NEC standards as they apply to construction projects.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week
