Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, IT Technician, or similar role supporting 150 users or more.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS environment, MS Office apps, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
- Thorough knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and network protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully assist non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and support is desirable.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Manage the daily IT ticket queue, ensuring all tickets are logged, prioritized, and resolved.
- Escalate tickets immediately to appropriate IT consultant teams by assigning the appropriate ticket priority and verifying usernames, contact information, location, issue, device impacted, error codes, and attaching screenshots.
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Ensure proper functioning of all network connections, printers, and other office technologies.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and other system access requests.
- Maintain and update IT inventory, including software licenses and hardware assets.
- Respond to and resolve service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure systems are secure and free from malware or other potential risks.
- Provide training and guidance for employees on new software and technology tools.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and software implementations.
- Oversee IT-related tasks for onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Create and update technical documentation for IT processes, procedures, and systems.
- Assist with small-scale IT projects, such as hardware rollouts or software updates, by coordinating timelines and resources.
- Creates quarterly action items reports and annual reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations, including:

- Experience in construction company terminology and processes.
