Job Requirements
- BS Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC systems design.
- EIT preferred.
- Experience with plumbing and fire protection design is a plus.
- Experience with site surveys and punch lists is a plus
- Experience with AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and Revit.
- Experience with Navisworks is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Permanent position for a Mechanical Engineer to design HVAC and MEP systems.
- Design HVAC systems and MEP systems using Revit.
- Perform site surveys and create punch lists in the field.
- Responsible for heating and cooling load calculations.
- Responsible for piping system calculations.
- Apply and specify air and water pressure drop calculations, cold and hot water supply requirements, and hot water storage.
- Design of plumbing and/or fire protection systems is a plus, but not required.
