What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Pool position at JCM Industries Inc?

This opening is to house any candidates for openings in our manufacturing plant as they come available. We have a variety of positions - examples listed below:
- Entry Level Production
- Welders
- Machinists
- Assemblers
We currently run 2 shifts - day shift & graveyard shift. Day shift has varying hours depending on department that run between 6:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Graveyard shift runs 9 pm-6 am Sunday night-Thursday night.
