About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated Porter / Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Wyndmoor Apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, including common areas, grounds, and vacant units. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an opportunity to learn more about Maintenance and increase your skills to grow within the organization. The Porter / Maintenance Assistant will report directly to the Property Manager and will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our community.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a maintenance or custodial role
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
