Must be able to develop design phase estimates and review, critique, and correct schematic and detailed cost estimates in all disciplines.
Must be proficient in quantity takeoff and pricing, developing labor/equipment new requirements, and estimating productivity rates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educations
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
TOOLS and TECHNOLOGY
Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications such as HeavyBid (HCSS), OnScreen Takeoff (OST), and Microsoft Office Applications.
Adept with PC operating systems, with competency in several basic software applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
