Key Responsibilities :
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify sheet metal parts and complex assemblies to meet exacting aerospace standards, using various equipment such as press brakes, punch presses, drill motors, and grinders.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure components meet specified requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and measurements on completed parts, utilizing tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges, to confirm they align with strict quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot any non-conformance issues, adjusting machinery and techniques to achieve desired results.
- Maintain adherence to safety and quality protocols while ensuring a clean and organized work area.
