- Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections to facilitate remote access for users.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Document support requests and resolutions using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and industry trends to enhance support capabilities.
