Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Develop direct and indirect sales channels, including onboarding new partners.
Champion the product internally and externally, driving awareness and adoption.
Identify key applications within target industries and cultivate new business opportunities.
Provide hands-on technical support and expertise to customers.
Develop marketing materials and execute promotional strategies.
Analyze the competitive landscape and refine the product's value proposition.
Manage key accounts and acquire new customers to drive sales growth.
Implement strategic and tactical plans to expand market reach.
Provide market insights, sales forecasts, and ensure budgeted sales targets are met.
Conduct training sessions and create presentations for internal teams, customers, and representatives.
Travel up to 50% domestically.
Qualifications :
Technical degree required; an MBA is a plus.
Experience in process control or instrumentation.
Strong knowledge of Biopharmaceutical or Semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Proven track record in key account management and new market development.
Familiarity with OEMs supporting target industries.
Experience in industrial markets such as Chemical, Food & Beverage, Water and Waste, Agriculture, Automotive, or Oil & Gas is a plus.
Background in managing and developing distribution channels.
5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing.
