Job Title: Software Engineer/UI Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid )
Key Responsibilities:
- As a UI developer for one of our OpenShift AI teams, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in one of our component teams as well as the affiliated open-source communities.
- You will work as part of an evolving development team to rapidly design, secure, build, test, and release new capabilities.
- The role is primarily an individual contributor who collaborates closely with other developers and cross-functional teams.
- You should have a passion for working in open-source communities and for developing solutions that integrate open-sourc and partner technologies into a cohesive platform.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software engineering/UI development, particularly in AI, machine learning, and MLOps.
- Strong technical background in machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
