We are seeking a talented Retail Risk Management Agent to join our team. As a Retail Risk Management Agent, you will support Store Management in communicating current shrinkage and safety topics.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Store Management in communicating current shrinkage and safety topics.
- Conducting surveillance to detect theft, fraud or suspicious activity.
- Detecting and interviewing suspects in accordance with local laws and Company policy on customers and contractors suspected of theft.
- Maintaining accurate records using approved Company methods, proper retention of evidence and disposition of recovered merchandise.
- Participating in court hearings and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement.
