Job Description
- Instructors are responsible for providing their own music, tracking class attendance, starting/ending class on time and turning in paperwork in a timely manner.
- Experience working with older adults, confident managing multiple participants at a time, and the ability to create a fun environment.
- Responsible for the preparation of lessons plans, instructing, and evaluating class participants.
- Greeting participants and providing a high level of customer service.
- Arrive on time and prepare needed equipment.
- Have a positive attitude and show professionalism in communications.
- Track attendance and communicate program updates to participants.
- Respond quickly to all emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
- Must exhibit initiative in the absence of supervision.
Job Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must have current CPR and Group Exercise Certification.
- Could be a year-round position.
- Criminal History Background Check required.
- Monday – Friday daytime availability preferred.
