- Monitor games, practices, and tournaments hosted by NCF.
- Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public.
- Supervise and direct assigned staff members.
- Supervise the conduct of participants, handle patron complaints, enforce rules and resolve problems.
- Inspect recreation equipment for proper working order and safety. Complete equipment repairs and supplies.
- Additional responsibilities; Complete time sheets, accident and/or incident reports and cash drops.
- Preform opening and closing duties of the facility.
- Ensure policies are followed.
- Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs.
Work Locations: New Century Fieldhouse, 551 New Century Parkway, New Century, KS 66031.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be flexible and available evenings and/or weekends.
- Experience working directly with the public.
- Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred.
