Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic environment. Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist in the assembly line process by fabricating components and assembling products according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate forklifts as needed for material handling (certification preferred).
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to work on an assembly line and follow detailed instructions.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus
