What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at JCR Services?
ADMIN DAILY TASK –
Tasks
1 check in drivers(inbound ocean including process in system, LTL outbound including process in
system, shrink wrap / pallet / small packages delivery, fedex / ups )
2 daily yard check
3 translate(English to Spanish, Spanish to English : daily floor operation instruction, safety rules,
disciplines rules,etc )
4 give orientation to new temps
5 call for vendors as requested (water company, pallets / shrink wrap to order, speical projects as
assigned by management)
6 RMA packages processing
7 request temps for each DC you handle
8 terminate temps for each DC you handle
9 inform temp names to DC management
10 check inventory levels of warehouse and office supplies; ask for management approval;submit
OA request for CA01 AND CA02
11 print packing list
12 enter temps' time cards for DC
13 help floor operation (put away in system, move locations in system)
14 clean / organize office area during down time
15 check mail box and scan doc to relevant parties
16 Update the attendence for agency employees and Yita employees
17 scan and input the unloaders invoices on the spread sheet
18 do the water count of before and after its deliver
19 work in tasks that are needed for the day.
20 help print labels when needed
21 daily attendence reports CA01, CA02,CA03
22 reviewed the container list from CA01 task to be completed mondays or tuesdays
23 review the container list from GA task to be completed tuesday noon
24 Enter OA requests for CA03
