Duties :

  • Operate pallet jacks to move and transport materials within a warehouse or distribution center
  • Safely load and unload pallets onto and off of trucks or storage racks
  • Utilize warehouse management system to track and locate inventory
  • Build and wrap pallets according to specific guidelines
  • Perform routine maintenance on pallet jacks to ensure proper functioning
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience operating a pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
  • Valid forklift or cherry picker certification is a plus
