We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Use handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by keeping work areas clean and orderly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
