JCREMC is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Purchasing & Warehouse Supervisor to lead our purchasing and warehouse operations. This key role ensures that our team is equipped with the materials they need to deliver top-notch service to our members.
What You'll Do
- Take charge of purchasing and warehousing for all inventory, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Work closely with departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Leverage the use of our software to streamline processes and maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assisting warehouse personnel as needed with pulling materials for jobs and stocking or restocking materials to its proper location.
- Oversee building and property maintenance, coordinating with contractors and internal teams for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including hazardous materials management. Be familiar with and understand transformer regulatory compliance issues and maintain necessary records.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the energy or electric utility sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
