What you will do:
- Utilize cyber threat intelligence and vulnerability data to conduct detailed cyber risk analyses to national security infrastructure
- Develop and maintain a repeatable risk analysis methodology that is defensible and aligns with organizational priorities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources to identify and assess potential cyber risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from both public and private stakeholders to ensure that risk assessments inform and enhance cyber operations and threat mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with CISA Intel and Intelligence Community (IC) to incorporate cyber threat intelligence into risk analysis and joint defense planning
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures related to cyber risk management
- Stay current on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risk assessment methodologies
- Identify and fill analytic gaps by supporting data integration efforts and offering recommendations for risk mitigation
- Must be a US Citizen
- Possess active TS/SCI or a TS with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- 8 years of experience in cyber risk analysis, using cyber threat intelligence and vulnerability data
- Proficiency in utilizing various data sets and sources of information for risk analysis
- Strong understanding of risk analysis methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience
- Experience with cyber risk management tools and technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience directly supporting DHS and/or CISA
- Experience in developing and implementing cyber risk and compliance policies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cybersecurity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development
