Job Summary
JCS Solutions LLC (JCS) is seeking a Senior Growth and Capture Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive long-term business growth across the federal/civilian government and industry sectors, including agencies such as DOD, DHS, HHS, NASA, DOJ, USDA and DOC. The ideal candidate will possess extensive relationships within these sectors and a proven track record of leveraging those relationships to drive revenue, as well as the ability to forge new partnerships to further expand JCS’ presence. This includes identifying new market opportunities, expanding customer bases, and overseeing initiatives to increase revenue and facilitate innovation. The ideal candidate should possess strong persuasive abilities and business acumen, have a proven track record in identifying deals and winning new business, and be skilled in negotiating sound business deals. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This is a hands-on role, where the successful candidate will directly drive growth initiatives for the company, leading to new contract wins.

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including qualifying deals through pipeline stages and identifying and implementing strategies leading to the submission of proposals with a high win probability
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to other members of the executive team
- Advising the executive team on booking targets, backlog, and strategies to achieve them
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies to expand JCS’ presence in federal and civilian markets
- Taking ownership and driving the capture and proposal process for key opportunities, including building the right teaming strategies and developing winning proposals
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings with potential clients and partners
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Cultivate a growth-oriented culture, identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation across the organization
- Building and fostering strategic partnerships with other industry stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define value propositions and messaging, effectively communicating the vision, value proposition, and service offerings
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Acting with an inclusive mindset and model these behaviors for the organization as continue to build our culture
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in business development, capture, and growth.
- Relationships and network across federal and civilian government sectors, particularly with agencies such as DOD, DHS, HHS, NASA, DOJ, USDA, DOC, and other federal agencies. Ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business and securing deals
- Industry relationships with key partners, systems integrators, and subcontractors in the Federal market
- Proven track record in business development, capture management, and revenue generation in federal contracting
- Ability to forge new relationships with clients and partners to secure additional work and deepen engagements
- Leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
- Effective communicator with executive-level influence
- Proficient in analytical and project management
- Experience from a fast-growing business environment, where change is constant and organizational culture is strategically prioritized
- Innovative thinker focused on creative problem-solving and knowledgeable about market trends and industry dynamics
- Strategic thinker capable of leading large growth initiatives and scaling a growing company
- Understanding of government contracting vehicles, proposal development, and federal acquisition processes
