Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cable Technician to join our team. The Technician will install, maintain, and repair cable systems for data, voice, and video communications. This position involves working in residential, commercial, and industrial settings to ensure optimal network connectivity and the smooth operation of communication systems. This on-site role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installation and Setup : Install, test, and maintain network cabling systems, including fiber optic, coaxial, and Ethernet cables.
- System Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve cable-related issues, perform routine inspections, and ensure all repairs and installations comply with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of installed equipment, cable layouts, and testing results, and provide detailed service reports for installations and repairs.
