CIVIL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities :
- Report to the Engineering Manager and work independently on complex design projects.
- Lead and support substation engineering projects, including in-ground and above-ground civil / foundation and structural calculations.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop and review civil / structural design packages for medium and high voltage substations.
- Develop civil site development, foundations, equipment support structures, control buildings, and more.
- Perform design studies and calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate design activities to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality.
- Provide construction support and resolve site queries during the construction phase.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and foster good working relationships with internal groups.
Qualifications :
Location : Hybrid office / remote in Binghamton, NY
Salary Range : $72,000 - $157,000 commensurate with experience
