Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with experience in B2C marketing to play a key role in driving the growth and engagement of our program. In addition to leading our social media marketing efforts, you will serve as the friendly face of our front desk operations. This is a part-time, in-person role with opportunities to grow in your marketing career while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Plan and execute campaigns to promote events, programs, and athlete achievements.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff to capture and share real-time moments that highlight our team culture.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
