Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee operations at our facility. This role involves leading a team of 10 employees and will play a critical role in driving efficiency, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, including production, shipping / receiving, and warehouse activities.
- Approve orders, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Participate in batchmaking, labeling, and other production tasks as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate supply plans.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Collaborate with other facilities to support broader organizational goals.
- Motivate and mentor employees to achieve individual and team success.
Qualifications :
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
