The company offers janitorial services, facility engineering, enhanced cleaning programs, and parking management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence for its clients.

Job Description :

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will oversee sales and account management for key strategic accounts in the Life Sciences sector. This role focuses on building relationships with key customer stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies for large-scale facility service initiatives.

The RAM will be responsible for cross-selling additional services, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining financial performance, including P&L management, A / R oversight, and work order resolution . Strong presentation and leadership skills are essential, as this role requires delivering impactful client presentations and business updates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Life Sciences accounts.
  • Support change management initiatives and oversee implementation plans.
  • Ensure standardization and best practices are effectively utilized.
  • Oversee billing, reporting, and accounting processes in alignment with company standards.
  • Monitor P&L statements to ensure financial accuracy and optimal performance.
  • Track and manage accounts receivable to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve issues proactively.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade organizations, and key client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience :

  • 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing major accounts.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the services sector.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong ability to communicate and present to all levels, including executives .
  • Experience delivering group presentations and client meetings .
  • Extensive account management experience within the facility services industry .
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary Range : $80,000 – $120,000 per year
