Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to win new business
- Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and campaigns
- Create tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to assess and design service solutions
- Collaborate with operations to build pricing models and transition plans
- Negotiate contracts and manage long-term client relationships
- Track pipeline activity and client interactions using Salesforce
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- 5 years of B2B service sales experience (e.g., janitorial, facilities, engineering)
- Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and close new business
- Experience developing and pricing service-based proposals
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
Preferred Background:
- Experience in companies such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Aramark, Cintas, Johnson Controls
- Exposure to services such as HVAC, lighting, pest control, or landscape
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
