Senior Business Development Manager
A leading provider of technical and facility solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Technical Solutions, HVAC Mechanical, EV, and Electrical sectors in a defined territory. This role is responsible for acquiring new accounts while expanding relationships with a set list of established clients.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with a regional sales manager and a technical team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for custom and bundled solutions . The role involves full ownership of the sales cycle, including communication, maintenance, and relationship management, ensuring clients achieve their HVAC mechanical equipment and maintenance goals .
Essential Functions
- Identify, plan, and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients through market research, targeted outreach, cold calling, and value-driven introductions .
- Partner with technical experts to co-develop innovative, customized solutions for clients.
- Assist customers with risk mitigation strategies , helping them budget for future projects by reducing emergency service calls and unplanned HVAC, power, and resiliency expenses.
- Develop and present pricing options and CapEx budgeting support for prospective clients.
- Conduct facility benchmarking to identify inefficiencies and provide industry-specific performance insights.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships to earn trust, meet client objectives, and deliver value-added solutions .
