Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our supportive housing and living apartments for woman and mother with children. All program participants are homeless and have a substance abuse and/or mental health disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in social work or behavioral health, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. This role requires effective relationship management and administrative capabilities to ensure program success and compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties
- Supervise program staff and provide ongoing support and training to enhance team performance.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in program delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive service plans for individuals served.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and participant progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field;
- Proven experience in program management, including supervising staff and managing budgets.
- Strong understanding of the needs of individuals with substance abuse / mental health disabilities.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in program development and implementation.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current on best practices in the field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
