Are you ready to lead and grow in the dynamic world of surety? We're seeking an experienced Regional Contract Surety Manager to join our team and oversee the development and profitability of our surety operations within the Pacific Northwest.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled underwriters to ensure exceptional service and profitable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and clients in the region.
  • Evaluate contract surety applications, assessing risk and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to expand the surety portfolio.
  • Monitor regional performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and achieving financial targets.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Expertise in surety and bonding, with a focus on construction contracts.
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of managing successful teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess financial statements and evaluate risk.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPCU designation preferred).
