Job Responsibilities:
The Compliance Officer will conduct compliance testing, including electronic communications reviews. Additionally, they will assist in the preparation of regulatory filings, such as Form ADV, Form PF, Form 13H, and Form 13F. The successful candidate will also review marketing materials and assist with the onboarding and monitoring of compliance software platforms for clients.
