Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the compliance department, aligning departmental goals with the bank's strategic vision.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and support to compliance staff, cultivating a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to effectively address regulatory compliance across all operations of the bank.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management and the Board of Directors on key compliance issues, risks, and findings from audits or regulatory assessments.
- Stay informed on evolving financial regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Fair Lending laws.
