Are you a skilled Product Liability Underwriter looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a motivated professional to join our team on a CONTRACT basis for 6 months to 1 year, with the potential for extension.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule-2 to 3 days in our Chicago office each week-and an opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
In this role you will :
- Assess and underwrite product liability risks across diverse industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers, offering consultative and creative solutions.
- Analyze submissions, determine pricing, review coverage limits, and ensure profitable growth.
Education & Experience :
3 years of product liability underwriting experience, with a focus on life sciences, machinery, or similar industries.
Life science experience (especially in medical devices or dietary supplements) is a big plus.
