What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Counsel position at JCW?
JCW is currently partnering with a Private Credit Firm who is looking to bring on a new Associate Counsel to their Legal and Compliance team. The role will report to the Senior Counsel and will working closely with the firms Structured Products and Treasury team.
Role Responsibilities
- Advising the Treasury team on analysis and monitoring compliance with financing transactions like borrowing representations, warranties, and covenants.
- Maintaining financing documentation databases.
- Acting as the teams SME regarding Structured Products in marketing material content review.
Role Requirements
- JD Degree and admitted to practice law in relevant Jurisdictions.
- 2 years of experience with Structured Products law, preferably from a law firm.
