A Commercial Bank based in Newport is looking to bring on a new BSA Manager to their team. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this position would be tasked with helping to lead the firms Financial Crimes program.
Responsibilities
- Continue with the development and implementation of the BSA/AML program.
- Creating and updating Financial Crimes Compliance policies and procedures.
- Reviewing daily monitoring reports for the firms BSA/AML function.
- Assisting in the development of Compliance trainings for the firm.
- Work alongside other members of the compliance team to handle ad-hoc Compliance projects.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience within the Banking Compliance space.
- Prior experience supervising/managing a team.
- CAMS Certification preferred.
- Experience working with Yellow Hammer preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
