JCW is currently partnering with a Commercial Bank based in Los Angeles who is looking to bring on a new BSA Officer to their team. Reporting to the CFO, this role would be responsible for leading the banks BSA / AML program.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and implement financial crimes policies and procedures for the bank.
- Assist with risk assessments to evaluate compliance risks for the bank.
- Provide trainings for bank employees on BSA, AML and other Compliance policies.
- Remaining abreast to any regulatory changes, how those changes may impact the bank and best practice to adjust to regulatory changes.
