Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy changes and educate them on coverage options.
- Support Producers with proposals, applications, and renewals.
- Manage audits, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Oversee account reviews, billing, and collections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years of commercial lines account management experience.
- Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
