The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly with private equity or asset management firms.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in compliance within a private equity firm, asset management firm, or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations and their application to private equity.
- Proven ability to manage regulatory filings and coordinate with regional regulatory bodies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field.
