Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and expand existing relationships within the GovCon sector.
- Structure and manage commercial loans, working capital, and treasury solutions.
- Ensure compliance with FAR regulations, credit policies, and risk guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and represent the bank at GovCon events.
Qualifications:
- 4 years in GovCon lending.
- Proven business development and portfolio management skills.
