Our client is an international bank who are seeking a dynamic Head of Cyber Resiliency to lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide cyber and operational resiliency program. This role is critical in ensuring the bank’s ability to prevent, respond to, and recover from cyber threats and operational disruptions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber and operational resiliency framework aligned with global regulatory requirements.
- Lead resiliency testing, scenario planning, and incident response coordination across all business units.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, risk, and business leaders to embed resiliency principles into enterprise operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in cyber resilience through threat intelligence, technology investments, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
Key Requirements:
- 15 years in cybersecurity, operational resilience, and BCP/DR within a global financial institution.
- Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise-wide resiliency programs (BCP/DR, Cyber, Risk).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, NYDFS, Basel, FFIEC).
