What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hedge Fund Compliance Associate position at JCW?
A leading multi strat hedge fund is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. Ideal candidates will have prior private fund compliance experience. This position will be a generalist and will report into the Chief Compliance Officer/Legal Counsel.
Day to day you will:
- Administer the firm's Code of Ethics.
- Assist with various regulatory filings.
- Review firm marketing materials.
- Assist with compliance testing.
