A global financial institution leading in retail, corporate, and investment banking is hiring for a Incident Manager to support their growing cybersecurity function.
This role will oversee threat detection, response, and mitigation strategies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to enhance security operations and minimize risks.
This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in person to the Midtown, NYC office. There is an on-call requirement. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid threat detection, containment, and recovery.
- Develop and refine security operations strategies.
- Implement and optimize security technologies to enhance monitoring and response capabilities.
- Advise senior leadership on cyber risks, compliance, and emerging threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and threat intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FFIEC and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, enhance security processes, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
