A leading commercial bank in NYC is recruiting for an IT Service Specialist. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that leads key operational processes across business continuity, incident, and change management.
This role requires 4 days onsite to the Midtown, NYC location. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead incident, problem, and change management processes
- Maintain and evolve BCP/DR plans, including documentation and DR testing
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, runbooks for response and recovery scenarios
- Define & track KPI/KRIs and present findings to executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant field (Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience with ITSM/ ITIL best practices
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Hands-on with BCP, DR, and operational resilience
