A large financial institution is hiring for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst. This growing regional bank is building out a competitive risk program as they achieve exponential growth.
This role is focused on enhancing the bank's risk governance, policy framework, and reporting structure.
This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days on site in the Charlotte, NC office. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Update governance framework writing and regulatory reporting
- Own the risk appetite statement and risk framework
- Provide policy management and insight around proper writing and mapping
- Manage materials and agenda, including board reporting decks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3 years in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and 6-7 years of overall risk management experience, preferably in a large banking environment.
- Proven success in ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.
