Our client is a reputable asset management firm specializing in illiquid credit investments, with a strong focus on commercial real estate (CRE). The team is growing rapidly and are now looking for an SVP of CRE Special Assets.
An SVP, Special Assets CRE will oversee a diverse portfolio of unique, distressed, or complex loans and continously monitor business and financial performance of counterparties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of distressed and illiquid CRE credit investments.
- Lead loan restructurings, workouts, and asset dispositions to maximize recovery.
- Conduct financial analysis, covenant reviews, and valuation assessments.
- Negotiate legal agreements, including forbearances, amendments, and refinancings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, borrowers, legal counsel, and investors.
