About the Position:
- You will manage and administer trust and investment accounts, ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop new business by working with senior wealth management officers, advisors, and bankers to identify growth opportunities.
- Support financial planning efforts by providing expert guidance to clients on wealth management strategies.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive long-term growth and satisfaction.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support the bank's overall mission.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, trust administration, or financial planning.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage with clients and prospects.
- Knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and client-facing teams.
- Pursuing CFP certification is strongly preferred.
