About the Role

JD Advising is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a creative and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies across email, social media, content, and digital platforms to achieve our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and optimize text message campaigns, including strategy, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Manage website content updates, including reviewing and refreshing pages, updating banners, and optimizing for SEO.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and video content creation. Manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives and oversee video content strategy and production to increase audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote free resources, including webinars, info sessions, challenges, and guides.
  • Identify, research, and coordinate sponsorship and podcast opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to gather and leverage student testimonials and reviews across marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with a graphic designer to ensure brand consistency and drive the creation of compelling marketing assets.
  • Proactively identify and implement AI tools and emerging trends to enhance marketing strategies and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and use data to drive optimization decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient understanding of social media marketing, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on video content.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools applicable to marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
