Job Summary : The Training Coordinator will oversee all training and development programs for the warehouse, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles safely and efficiently. This role will work closely with warehouse leadership to implement structured training programs, track progress, and continuously improve training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage warehouse training programs for new hires and existing employees.

- Provide hands-on training in warehouse operations, including equipment handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
