Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all shipping & receiving processes including maintaining records, loading & unloading of trucks with a forklift and keeping an accurate inventory system. This position requires a person that has prior manufacturing experience and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
- Utilize a forklift to load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates in the ERP system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Familiarity with order processing through an ERP system
- Proficiency in operating a forklift.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods of time.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong computer skills for inventory management and documentation purposes.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
