POSITION:
Title: Maintenance Office Assistant
Department: Maintenance Office
Reports to: Office Supervisor
Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves employees by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Informs tenants and employees by answering or referring inquiries.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Offer support and solutions to tenants in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Bring any issues to the attention of the appropriate department.
- Create notices
- Be able to navigate through computer systems
- Answer incoming calls
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: One year of experience in Customer Service
- Language: Fluent in Spanish (Required)
