Field Manager Experiential Marketing & Live Events

As a Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing live events for multiple clients across Automotive Industry, ensuring seamless activations and outstanding attendee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site lead for experiential marketing activations and live events.
- Manage and oversee event staff, ensuring professionalism, punctuality, and seamless execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any onsite issues, escalating concerns to the Account Manager when necessary.
- Engage with attendees, articulate brand messaging, and create meaningful interactions.
- Provide post-event feedback and insights to Account Managers to improve future activations.
- Maintain professionalism while working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings with different weather conditions.
- Support automotive live events and large-scale experiential marketing programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or field marketing.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or working on automotive activations is highly preferred.
- Highly competent in team/people management (required)
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to exceed standards and expectations.
- Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure.
- May require traveling with overnight stays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
- Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
- Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.).
- Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Pay Scale $28-$37 DOE & Program
